Baked Potato With Minced Beef Pie....

Happy Friday...wahh..yg keje tu sure x sabo2 tunggu ari Jumaat kan??kan?? Almaklumlah..sok leh cuti n berehat bersama2 keluarga terchenta!!ekekeke...

Entry D nie boleh dikatakan salah satu jenis Italian Cuisine...iaitu Baked Potato With Minced Beef Pie...considered sejenis pie gak nie...sedap wooo...anak2 D ckp bestt!! Daging cincang tu kita perlu masak seperti nk dijadikan bolognese sauce..then kita toppingkan ngan kentang lecek yg di paipkan di atasnye..kemudian dibakar sekejap di dlm oven..senang n simple jer...but trust me..it's worth!! Sangat sesuai dimakan bila2 masa jer...jom join D breakfast!!...lol..

BAKED POTATO WITH MINCED BEEF PIE

2 kg potato - D guna 1 kg jer
125 gm butter
1 sdt salt
2tbs Yogurt-natural flavour
250 ml low fat milk/fresh milk- D guna susu cair

Filling

3 tbs oil
1 clove garlic-crushed
2 large tomatoes-chopped finely
450 gm minced beef
1 tbs oregano
1 beef stock cube-crumble
1 can button mushroom-sliced into half/D hiris nipis2
3-4 tbs tomato paste/puree
2 tbs sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tsp salt

How to prepare :-
  1. Put potatoes into a pan with water to cover. Boil for 15-20 mins or until potatoes are soft.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan over a medium fire. Stir-fry onion and garlic until fragrant. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Add beef, oregano, stock cube and mushroom, mix well until beef is cooked, about 3-5 mins.
  4. Stir in tomato paste/puree, sugar, water and salt. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  5. Drain potatoes and mashed immediately. Add butter, salt and yogurt. Add milk and mix well till texture is smooth.
  6. Place cooled cooked beef in a round pie dish. Scoop or pipe the mashed potatoes mix over.
  7. Baked in a 160 degree oven for 10-15 mins to brown the mashed potatoes. Serve hot
